Garb endeavor to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. If you are not happy with your purchase, please see options for returning or exchanging any of the items.

Cancellation Policy

An order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.

Return/Exchange Policy

At Garb, you can return the products eligible for returning within 7 days of receiving them, by writing to us at info@garbshop.net. Please refer to the applicable terms for returns.

Items to be returned must not be used, worn, washed, or damaged in any way. Return items will only be accepted with their original packaging. Any item that has been damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for the following items:

  • Custom-made products and products personalized to your requirement

  • Accessories

  • Jewelry

  • Products that are not eligible for return/exchange (will be specifically mentioned in product information).

In the unlikely event that you receive merchandise that are damaged, or different from the one(s) ordered, please email us a photo of the product with order details within 24 hours of receiving the order. Email to be sent at info@garbshop.net.

We will replace the product or reimburse the full invoice value as per your request.

If you are dissatisfied with the product delivered, please mail us at info@garbshop.net within 7 days from the date of receiving the product and we will be happy to help you.

To initiate the return/exchange process please write to us at info@garbshop.net with the option ( Return or Exchange), reason for return/exchange and the photos of the product.

For exchange please mention the product you want to return with or the size or color if you want a different version of the product.

Once you've emailed us, we'll promptly respond with return instructions and guidance on next steps.

Please be aware that each product category allows for one return or exchange per customer. We encourage this policy to ensure your initial purchase provides insight into size, color, and other product details, facilitating smoother future purchases. You are responsible for shipping the product back to us and covering the associated charges, which will be refunded once the return process is finalized.
